I have had little motivation the past month and a half, with it being christmas and new years.  Now, as most marketers know, is the time to get down and dirty and get working on our websites to help drive sales and put some money into the bank.  Being a member of the Warrior Forum has helped my success considerably over the past 6 months, going from a $0 adsense account to pulling in just a shade under $500 last month, on track to break between 600-700 this month.  I dream of the day where I can comfortable create 2-4000 of income a month online.  I’m not sure if or when I will get there, but I am still trying!  For those who are new to internet marketing, or just getting back into the game, keep at it! Write articles with your links in them, submit them, bookmark the articles, create rss feeds with your article and web 20 submission pages and submit the feeds, then bookmark the feeds!  Get backlinks!  I will share some backlink tips over the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned!

Well I let the shopzilla links sit on one of my most popular auto websites over the weekend, and I do have to say, the sresults are not very impressive.  Considering the rigamarole and hoops you have to jump through in order to get access to the program, the results are marginal at best.  Auto parts for a certain model should have a higher average than 10 cents a click, cpc style.  I will let it sit and accumulate more results before I make a judgement on wether to bring the ads down or not, as adsense converts multiple times better thus far.  Also, KeywordsToWebsites had an update last week, that brought out the ability to spin the content it creates.  This allows you to spin the titles and content that you add around your chosen keyword.  It looks somewhat promising, though I have not had the chance yet today to put it into action (it’s on my list to get to by the end of the week!).    Happy Niche hunting!

Just started using the shopzilla affiliate program.  I will be using it one my most popular automotive website, where I am receiving super targeted traffic via organic search.  Its a good looking affiliate program.  They have a keyword search implementation in order to show dynamic banner ad sizes that you can then integrate into the content of your website.  It appears they pay out a commission of their profits on referring sales.  I could be totally wrong as i have not taken a complete look through the payment information.  At the moment this particular auto website I am running, is being 99% optimizes for revenue by utilizing google adsense.  Adsense seems to be fairly profitable on this site, so I am a bit hesitant in changing ads over to shopzilla, so for now until a two week test period is over, I will run the ads alongside adsense and see how well they do.  I will blog about my results in the future.

Just made a new page about the new HTC Surround.  This phone is HTC’s first release of a windows 7 powered cellphone.  The HTC Surround was just released this month, November 2010.  It features an immersive surround speaker system built in to the htc phone.  Its a unique and neat feature, but if mp3′s and music are not your forte, then this phone isnt for you.   Check it out if you are interested.

On a side note, I am looking to upgrade the theme on this website.  I may create a similar styled theme as to the one on the unlocjed htc website, but am not sure yet if thats the direction i want to go in on this website.  Just need a great theme that is seo compliant and fast loading.
